Dr. Danny Carroll Rodas comes from a bicultural background (Guatemalan mother, American father). He taught for 15 years at El Seminario Teológico Centroamericano in Guatemala City, Guatemala, where he remains an adjunct professor. He came to Denver Seminary in 1996 and serves there as Distinguished Professor of Old Testament. Five years ago he helped start its Spanish language training program. He is on the board of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference. His latest book, Christians at the Border: Immigration, the Church and the Bible, is a biblical-theological orientation to Hispanic immigration. It has been translated into Spanish.
